    Eine super Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ein Traum ! Nur 150 Meter zur Anlegestelle. Sehr ruhig. Unglaublich sauber und aufgeräumt. Aldo, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt tolle Tipps. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles perfekt für uns vorbereitet. Vielen Dank. Wenn wir wieder nach Venedig komme, dann werden wir versuchen, wieder hier zu wohnen.

    The owner welcomed us into his apartment and made us feel at home. The location is excellent - very close to the Grand Canal but on a quiet side street in the less busy area of Venice. We were given a lot of helpful advice about getting around Venice and what to see.

    Gute Lage, zu Fuss waren alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten recht schnell zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung an Vaporetto-Linien. Saubere, freundliche Unterkunft, und vollkommen ausreichend da man zumeist sowieso nur zum schlafen da ist.
    Frühstück war sehr einseitig (5 Tage hintereinander Mortadella hängt mir dann doch zum Hals raus) und der Käse war verschimmelt, wurde aber leider auch nicht entsorgt und ersetzt.

    Das ist das beste B&B das ich je hatte.In allen Belangen optimal-nun freue ich mich noch mehr auf meinen nächsten Venedigaufenthalt.Herr Ceccato ist sehr freundlich, umsichtig, aufmerksam u.gibt tolle Tipps.Die Wohnung, das Zimmer,das Bad-alles 1A.Das Frühstück wird nach den genannten Wünschen zubereitet-wirklich einmalig.Die Lage in S.Croce einfach bestens

    es kam irgendwie nicht eindeutig heraus dass der Eigentümer selbst dort wohnt und in der Zeit auch anwesend ist.
    Er selbst ist aber super nett und freundlich.
