    Il percorso per chi arriva da Piazzale Roma è semplicissimo. Il personale è sempre molto disponibile.

    Convenient location, right near Ca' d'Oro, walking distance to Rialto Bridge. Davide was reserved, kind and courteous. He served excellent breakfast (roll, croissant, assortments of jams & nutella, ham, cheese, yogurt, juice & coffee). The room was meticulous, quiet and tastefully done. We liked the fact that one window faced the small backyard with trees. The bathroom, overlooking the canal, was also spotless and had a large bathtub which was a definite plus. My parents and I enjoyed our short stay and would recommend Davide's place to anyone.

    Perfect location and setting 15 minutes from Sn Mark square. It was easy to reach both waking or on boat (vaporeto). There is a big supermarket three blocks away, this is remarkable spetially in Venezia.
    Breakfast: coffee, bread and one yogurt... still short comming from USA.

    The location was very convenient and easy to find. The room, beds and bathroom were very comfortable. Having airconditioning was also a bonus.
    The breakfast was ok but plain.

    Our air-conditioned room was immaculate, the bathroom was even cleaner. The proprietor was helpful, patient, and kind. The continental breakfast was sufficiently bountiful to qualify for that description. I would definitely stay there again.
    I can't think of anything that "didn't satisfy" me.

    The room was spacious and confortable. In addition, it was very clean. I stay three days and during those days the room was kept clean by the staff. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, Davide was an excellent host. Friendly and helpful. I reccommended and would stay again.
    I was fully satisfied.
