   yes

   i was not satisfied because we booked two rooms with a Balcony and only one was with a Balcony
   the Host said there was a mistake from your side we sent you an e mail but you never replied
   We where Never offered any kind of refund for this Mistake
   There was an Empty room with a balcony we asked for it and we where told it was booked for One Night
   We stayed for Four nights I think we should have been given the Vacant room
   Im really Expecting a Refund from your side B&B Planet

   Casa molto accogliente e "discreta" per la sua posizione.

   Il bagno, pur se privato, era fuori dalla camera nel corridoio. Ma tutto sommato accettabile.

   The owner is very helpful and nice.

   The indoor decoration of room is quite old, and the lights is insufficient.

   Ottima organizzazione, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, bella struttura.
