    The breakfast was terrific! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a situation where we had to file a police report because someone hit our car. A staff member came down to the station for over an hour to help us translate...we were so grateful. The yard is beautiful and the pool was such a treat at the end of hot and tiring day!
    The location is a little far from Lucca old city; I thought it would be closer.

    Ottima e abbondante la colazione, comodissimo il servizio di noleggio bici!
    Forse l'unica nota "negativa" da segnalare è stata la mancanza di bidet nel bagno

    la atención del personal.
    las habitaciones son un poco viejas y austeras, aunque el baño está restaurado, no hay ascensor para subir las 4 plantas.
