    la pasizione , l'accoglienza, la disponibilità nel poter disporre liberamente della struttura
    Quello che più lascia a desiderare sono i servizi igienici non per la pulizia ma per il fatto che sono troppo rumorosi troppostretti e nelle docce manca il porta oggetti per il bagno schiuma e gli oggetti personali

    The room looks nice.
    I walked barefeet and had a lot of dirt on the bottom of my feet.
    There was A LOT OF NOISE and we were unable to go to sleep before midnight. You could here the light (ventilation started as soon as you turned the light on) from the rooms next door and the flushing of the toilet. There was a restaurant underneath the room. So NOT the quiet enviroment

    The room was large and the bathroom OK. It was quiet and that was very important for us. I think information in each room on resturants, etc would have been helpful. Maybe a city map.
    The room was OK, nothing as nice as I had before when i stayed in Lucca. The owners seemed
    really less than interested in helping, but it was OK.
