   Sono rimasto soddisfatto della posizione della struttura,un posto che ti permette di stare tranquillo e sereno,immerso in un bellissimo paesaggio!!Anche per girare la provincia di Trapani e tutte le sue bellezze,la struttura ha una posizione perfetta!Poi devo dire,che sia l'affittuario e la sorella sono persone ospitali e disponibili,che ti permettono di passare a tuo agio la vacanza!

   Veryy beautiful Panorama with direct view of the sea! It is close to Castellammare del Golfo and also to Scopello/Riserva dello Zingaro Perfect Location

   il panorama stupendo visto dal terrazzo

   la muffa nelle ghiere del frigo, l'anguria appassita dentro al frigo, le pentole e il mobiletto dispensa intoccabili, il bagno non pulito e la doccia con lo scarico intasato, la mancanza di decoder che rendeva impossibile guardare la tv.

   Wer Ruhe sucht und Touristentrubel meiden will, ist hier genau richtig. Der Ausblick ist super. Die Terrasse ist groß.

   Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Leider war ein Liegestuhl defekt und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohn-Küchenbereich müsste mal erneuert werden.

   We have no "Villino Conza", but an other house. We don't like it because we booking in Januari and other people booking in April, and they staing in "Villino Conza".

   Poorly equiped kitchen and some problems with barking dogs.

   la posizione del villino Conza è unica, la tranquillità incredibile e l'immersione totale nella natura

   credo che andrebbero migliorate due cose peraltro fondamentali: la pulizia e la dotazione di lenzuola ed asciugamani

   The owners were very kind and helpfull. You need to speak Italian. The brother of the owner organised evrything and picked you up. Was also very kind and helpfull.

   The discription and fotos of the apartment were not loook a like. This was a new build apartment under the balacony of the owners. Very close to the belling dogs, also during the nights and mornings. We thought we would stay in the small cosy house. But this was for other tourists.
   The apartment was basic but oke. Only plastic chairs and tables.
   Nice outsight shower and terrace with splendid seaview.
   Very nice owners.

   très bon accueil du propriétaire (conseil) , très belle situation : vue sur Golfe, belle véranda et terrasse, proximité de la ville et plage

   équipement ménager à compléter (cuisine) et literie à revoir pour correspondre au standard attendu.

   The location is the greatest, it is situated in the most beautiful area in sicily (scopello). The terrace is wonderful and the place is quiet. It is more than worth it.

   This house is very confortable and clean, and also you can have a very nice veiw of the sea. especially sunset from this house is excellent. Landload know about a lot castermarre de golfo and this region and parfect English speacker. He can provide you some information of this region and some excursion. His family are also very nice atmosphere ! I recommend this house. 休暇で３日ほど過ごしました。清潔で居心地のいい家でとてもかわいいベランダがついていて高台に あるベランダからは海が見え特に夕日は絶景です。家主は出身がこの地方の人で英語が話せるので 色々と相談にのってもらえます。私達は半日のボートのエクスカーションをしましたが家主の方が直接 ボートを運転して案内してくれて、とても満足しました。彼の家族もとてもキュートです。自信を持って おススメします。

   Die wunderbare Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küstenlandschaft. Das war großartig

   Am Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Gitternetz um sich vor den Moskitos zu schützen. Das war nachts leider manchmal sehr unangenehm.

   Appartments are perfectly located - close to the sea and to the main places of interest (Palermo, Caslellammare, Erice, Segesta, Scopello, Zingaro). Appartments itself are comfortable, good equipted with convenient terrace and place for barbeku. HEARTY THANKLS to the owner - Ignazio, thanks to his hospitality and kindness our vacations at Sicilia were really great!    I thought I had already replied but this may have been for the previus week at Avola . In which case the comments then related to Scopello not Avola. So far as Villino Conza concerned. It was very cold at the start of our week and the ibedding initially provided was insufficient. However Mr Sottile soon put this right and we had a very pleasant stay.
