The three-rooms flats have a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner, 2 double rooms, bathroom, big balcony or a outside exclusive pergola with a fire place.

All flats of Holiday Apartment Villa Cedro (whose inside is no smoking) have free access to the common garden and to the swimming pool.

In the neighbourhood there is Gardaland, Caneva Word and Movieland, Natura Viva (protection Center for Animal species at risk of Extinction), thermal park Garda, thermal baths of Sirmione.
