The great location, the apartment is generally very good and the terrace is fantastic. While there were some things we would have liked to be different, the owners were very obliging and we had a great time and would go there again.

1. The kitchen was not properly provisioned for a longish stay - no carving knife, no large saucepans, no fying pan, no lighter for the stove etc etc when we first arrived. However when we asked for all these things they were happily provided so that was good, however would much prefer not to keep having to ask.
2. Lack of internet and for non Italian speakers no English speaking channel.
3. For those who are for a long stay pehaps some information provided in the apartment about general matters such as laundry, rubbish disposal etc so didn't have to continually ask and it was unclear as to what was part of what was provided and what was extra and provided as a favour.
4. No hot water in the kitchen.

Huge terrace. Decor & furnishings much grander than expected. Landlords living in adjoining apart. very kind, friendly & helpful. Central location for train, buses & sights. If 2 couples, be aware that bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms - not a problem for us

The owners made us feel particularly at ease. They showed us around the rest of the Palazzo and were always available without being intrusive. The photographs on the website do not do the apartment justice, the outside terrace is huge. It was a privilege and a pleasure to stay there.

We were greeted by the owner who obviously took a great deal of care in furnishing these apartments. He was a charming host with exquisite taste and a superb knowledge of art, history and the locality. His knowledge of English is more than adequate for most situations, but we could fill in the occasional gaps by switching to French for technical terms etc.
I would recommend a visit without hesitation and it is rare that I do so.

We picked this apartment to be convenient to the city centre, which it is, but the traffic in Palermo, the lack of door nos. on the street and no possibility to park nearby made it difficult initially to pinpoint. However, the same would be true of any apartment in this area and was only a minor distraction to the excellent accommodation and service provided.

Excellent accommodation in central location. Charming, helpful and informative owner made us feel welcome in his home. Plenty of room and excellent outside space on roof terrace. All rooms kept immaculately clean. Well furnished. Accommodation quiet, private and self contained.

Your use of the word Structure is not idiomatic in English. Presumably you are referring to the Building (structure) in which the B&B is situated. In English we would probably refer to this as accommodation.

An amazing experience to stay with the hosts. Mr Ferrera is a true noble man, but very down to earth who will treat you with respect and dignity and proudly show you his palace (15 century, 1270 m2 two storey apartment) and antique furniture masterpieces. You will stay in a real 'palace' that has been recently restored. You have a choice of 2 apartments, one better than the other. You can not get a better central location, with in-house parking, and off street bedrooms location. We have 2 children and found it specious and very very comfortable. Words are not enough to express the quality of the place. I have never stayed in a better place. This place is an under advertised jewel. Thank you for the opportunity to experience Palermo in the Montevago palace.
