- Apartment Edilia, consisting of double room with bathroom and kitchen opening into private garden.
- Apartment Piero consisting of two communicating double rooms (one of which provided with an old fireplace and opening into private garden), another double room, bathroom and kitchen.
All the rooms are furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chairs, Sat-TV.
