   IL proprietario è stato molto disponibile, cordiale ed attento ad ogni nostra richiesta e informazione. L'appartamento è arredato con cura, ha un'ottima posizione panoramica e al centro della città.

   Nulla di negativo! Se torneremo a Cortona richiederei la stessa struttura dove soggiornare.

   The apartment was great. The size was perfect for three people. The views were amazing. The owner, Simone, owns a shop up the street and was very helpful about providing restaurant recommendations, etc.

   The appartment i was transferred to was in excellent scondition. It was good to have the owner drive me there

   I did not like arriving and not knowing there was a problem with San Ben apptmnt
   I did not like not knowing where the new appartemnt was and how far UP the hill it was. I booked San Ben as it was not a long walk away from our wedding venue.
   I printed off maps but they did not have the new appartment on them?
   I was charged 10 Euros for using the kitchen but i never used it and have not had it returned to my bank account?

   My mom and I stayed here for one week and it was the perfect place! The location was perfect and the view from the kitchen and bedroom windows are absolutely gorgeous! She had the bedroom, I had the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfortable!) We did multiple day trips from here, everything on our list to do was easily within 2 hrs drive at the most. I would definitely stay here again - and recommend it to friends.

   The shower enclosure is a little leaky and the drain is a little slow

   The location was great and the owner quite helpful (spoke English).He operates a business in the main piazza so was always available. The shower certainly isn't great but the apartment overall was a great find. Would stay there again.

   We love Cortona and have been there 6 times so we know our way around. Siamo quasi cittadini! San Benedetto is very good value. The views from the windows are fantastic. The location is very good. The appartment owners are very friendly and helped us a lot. Simone thank you for helping me reconnect to the net! Some people will be more critical. There are 40 stairs to climb to the appartment but it is worth it. The shower is functional but a wet floor could be dangerous. A kettle and baking trays for the oven would make it a bit easier but why cook in Cortona? We would certainly go back again. Final tip. If it is raining and you can't locate the appartment stand in the doorway of San Benedetto Church and use your telefonino to call for help! Terry Bevan

   The apartment owner was friendly and helpful. We found the apartment comfortable and it had an excellent view of the surrounding country. There was free parking near by.It is within easy walking distance of the town center as it is within the walls of Cortona. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
