    location was excellent, apartment well set up ie: layout of rooms, well stocked ie: dishes, etc.
    confusion over being met by the owner, but it worked out in the end.

    very spacious apartment, well equipped, good access to all parts of Venice. Ideal for 4-member family, suitable for 6-member family.
    Low water pressure was less of a problem

    We loved our stay at this apartment. The photographs did not do the place justice - it was so much better than we expected. The apartment had two outside spaces - one small balcony over looking a beautiful canal where we sat, drinking wine. being sung to buy passing gondaliers and a small terrace over looking the internal garden. The location was amazing - so close to all the sites yet in a very quiet and non touristy area. We found the whole experience perfect.

    Being able to look from the balcony right onto a canal of a gondola route and listening to the singing. The flat was set very conveniently for everything but still very private and tranquill. The ambiance of the traditional building together with the homely furnishing and books was nice.
    The cooker was dirty on arrival, and the main bathroom toilet flush was broken - we managed, but it is a maintenance problem that must be addressed. The lighting in the kitchen is poor for cooking.

    The best attribute of the apartment is it´s excellent location, near to everything and the fabulous view; on top of the canal where we could watch the gondolas and hear the singing! The rooms were big, comfortable, two spacious bathrooms and an excellent washing machine for our clothes.
    Recommendations: When renting an apartment, we don´t believe you should charge extra for towels when it´s obvious we´ll need some.
    There weren´t any cups to have tea and coffee, it seems you count on everyone having expresso, which was not the case.
    Also, we would recommend you have some basic things available for the guests; coffee, sugar, detergent for washing dishes.

    Lovely appartment in a great location!! It was fantastic to watch the gondoles passing by from the balcony. Perfect for a family holiday with children!!! Also nice central location, easy to reach any part of Venice. Would absolutely love to go back and stay in the same place. I would HIGHLY recommend.
