   Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden und haben einige Tipps mit auf den Weg bekommen. Für unseren Zweck (Städtetour) war die Wohnung ideal, da sehr zentral gelegen.

   The location was excellent and the facilities in the apartment were more tha adequate.

   The only problem was the second bedroom in what was obviously a converted loft. It was most uncomfortable for anyone above the size of a 2year old. Constantly having to get about bent double was a bit annoying.

   loved the location and the terraces..I thought the price was excellent..owners met us at the train and did our transport..very, very nice!!

   The tub and shower did not drain at all well..tv did not work

   Very friendly and helpful 'manager'/owner - met us at station, bottle of wine waiting in flat. Very conveniently central - close to supermarket, opera and on bus route to station Roof terrace small but lovely to sit out on ..could look down on the world passsing by and on the historic gateway of old town Verona

   Air conditioning was not quite 'up to' coping with some extremely hot August weather...i t is a top floor flat right below the roof ..we needed to keep additional fans on all day in our bedrooms to keep them cool....but this didnt spoil our time there in any way..we just adapted

   Had a great stay at Appartamento Romeo. The apartment is well equipped, quiet, very comfortable and in an excellent location beside the Arena. A very good supermarket is 2 minutes away and there is easy access for the train station. Marco was an excellent host. He collected us at the station, welcomed us with a drink and advised us on things to do and places to visit. When we carelessly locked ourselves out, he came to to our help without hesitation or complaint despite having to travel for an hour to get to us.

   Primarily the location. Very close to everything in old town. Also enjoyed the balcony/terrace overlooking the main street. Great for people watching and al frescoe dinners.

   The closet space, or rather lack of. There were 3 of us in the apartment and since we were on a 5 week holiday we had a fair amount of clothing items to hang up. There was only enough hanger room for one person. There were no shelves to place sweaters on.
   We had to use whatever flat surfaces we could create on our own and just stack our cloths or leave them in suitcases.

   The location was fabulous and the apartment very pleasantly furnished. Small balcony a definite plus. Owner very pleasant and invited us to join him in a glass of champagne on our arrival.

   Kitchen was very small. Had some difficulty with appliances.

   Marco was very helpful with restaurants, directions etc. The apartment is very convenient to the old city sites and restaurants.

   Interior furniture needs updating to comfortable chairs and sofa not 'fold' away camping chairs, appliances need repair - washing machine, toilet

   Marco and Michael were extremely helpful. We were picked up from the train staion and driven to the apartment. We were given a map of Verona and given helpful information and our fridge was stocked with food and drink which was a nice surprise. Marco also came and helped me with my laptop.

   We loved our stay. Great appartment - much larger than imagined - location is fantastic for opera especially. Marco very kind - picked us up and gave us lots of helpful info. Would definitely come back - no hesitation. Highly recommended.

   We were very satisfied. To make perfect 2 sets of keys would help - pain if you split up with only one set - have to plan around this. Flush still not working so had to remove panel and push/pull the catch. We booked it for the fantastic bath as don't usually get on continent - however takes absolutely ages to fill up even to step level so only used it once. We never found a kettle or microwave so boiled water on the hob. Sadly admit to not knowing how to use the coffee maker! As I said - these were minor problems - the flat is fantastic so no big deal!

   First of all we (a family of five) received a warm welcome from the owner Marco. We were delighted to find the apartment was in an excellent position, with everything in walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and adequate for our needs and had a wall safe which was very useful. We were grateful to have a small roof terrace where we enjoyed sitting in the sun and watching the city life going on below. We would certainly consider staying there again and feel it was an ideal place for families to stay.

   We were satisfied with the whole stay.

   Lovely clean, quiet modern apartment, very well situated in centre of Verona. Apartment was bigger than we expected. We were really impressed by the owner's welcome service, he collected us from the station and then showed us around the flat and gave us useful information for our stay.
