    The apartment was close to the station which suited us as we were leaving by train, but was also convenient for walking to most parts of Venice if desired. It was comfortable and basically met our needs over the six nights.

    Alojamento excelente! O proprietário foi muito amável, encontrou-se connosco próximo da estação de caminho de ferro e acompanhou-nos ao apartamento. Localização excelente!Numa próxima visita utilizaremos o mesmo alojamento.
    Não é um aspecto negativo mas, principalmente para os portugueses, seria muito útil se o apartamento tivesse varinha mágica.

    pulizia; arredamento di buon gusto; buone attrezzature quali fornetto a microonde, phon, asse e ferro da stiro...; quartiere strategico: vicino alla stazione, pulito, tranquillo, ben servito da negozi di ogni tipo...; prezzo nella media; accoglienza cordiale.

    Andrea was very helpful--- met us from the bus, made sure we knew how everything worked in the apartment (Serrenissima) and where the most convenient shops, restaurants, etc., were located (very close). He also allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment on our final day, when we left Venice in the evening. We liked the view of the canal bridge from the windows, with all its comings and goings. A place to revisit.

    Location of the flat was very good, because we came by train: only short walk from the station. All the main tourist attractions were near and could be reached by foot or waterbus stop from the railway station. Friendly personnel.

    It was our fourth visit to Venice and in terms of accomodation the best one. (Four adults and a 1 year old baby). The biggest advantage of Palazzina Ca' Gioiosa is definately it's location: 10mns walk from Piazzale Roma, close to tourist attractions yet in a quiet, local neighbourhood. Pretty, truly Venetian wievs from the windows. The Belvedere apt is comfortable, fairly furnished and very clean. Sitting on a roof terrace and having a drink of espresso or wine from the wine shop next door makes your stay there unforgettable. The owner was nice and very helpful and took good care of us. We hope to spend another wonderful time in this place which we can honestly recommend to other people.
    Downside (for tea drinkers): no electric kettle
    Difficulty (especially for elderly or handicap people): quite steep and narrow staircase
