- Gli Ulivi (4 pax) offers a beautiful view of the garden. It is a characteristic apartment composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, private bathroom, equipped kitchenette.

- L'Orto (2/3 pax), with independent entrance, faces the garden with olives trees and has a private small courtyard. It is an apartment of 40sq.m and consists of a wide double bedroom with an extra single bed, private bathroom, living room with equipped kitchenette.

- Il Cortile (4/6 pax) faces the characteristic courtyard with panoramic view. It is an apartment of 65sq.m and consists of 2 double bedrooms, private bathroom, living room with equipped kitchenette.

- Suite Il Subasio (6/11pax) consists of 2 double bedrooms, a large room with 5 single beds (or, on request, one king-size bed and 3 single beds), a mezzanine with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (1 with a large bathtub), a living room with TV and DVD, a large kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher.
