    Good service, nice apartment, close to everything, and in good shape. Oxana was a great help!
    Lots of stairs, but expected in the region.

    This was the best vacation of our lives. That was largely due to this fabulous apartment. We were there for over three weeks and we came to regard it as our home. The apartment is spacious with stunning views of the Medieval Quarter's rooftops and countryside beyond. This is made possible by the climb of sixty stairs. However, you need the exercise after all the pasta in the many excellent restaurants very close by. Even after three weeks we still have many things to do in Orvieto -it's a great town. And the price is fantastic, five star accommodation at an affordable price. The owner is great, she couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and thoughtful. Stay as long as you can, you won't regret it.
    Absolutely nothing!

    Struttura molto accogliente, ben arredata e confortevole. L'appartamento e' situato a due passi dal centro ed è nuovissimo.

    The apartment and kitchen were very well furnished and the views of Orvieto and the surrounding hills were beautiful. The owner was very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We would stay in La Loggia again if we return to Orvieto.
    We didn't mind the steps to the third floor, but you must carry your luggage up the 60 steps. Anyone with a mobility problem would encounter difficulty

    The apartment was spacious, ultra modern and beautiful. The views were fantastic. Although it is very close to the busy hub of the town, it was always quiet and peaceful. We never once heard any noise. Although we are in our mid-60s, the 60 large medieval steps were not a problem, and we left far fitter than when we arrived! The view we enjoyed with a glass of Orvieto Classico were well worth the climb. The owner was helpful and informative, but unobstrusive. We would definitely love to stay there again.

    From the time we were greeted at the apartment door until we departed one week later, our holiday in Orvieto was made all the more special by having the opportunity to stay at La Loggia. The apartment was well furnished and the essential supplies were appreciated. The location was perfect for an afternoon siesta, to dine at Orvieto's fabulous restaurants and to soak up the village atmosphere. Will definately recommend the apartment to family and friends.

    I was quite satisfied with this apartment. The amenities in the apartment were modern and the apartment was clean and fully equipped with anything I might need. The bed was comfortable and the greeting (owner) was fabulous. the location was great. This apartment really had everything.
    Too many steps!! If I were old or in any way handicapped, this apartment would not work. elderly or wheelchair or any disability could not use this apartment. This was not disclosed.

    Great communication from the owner - she was extremely patient and helpful. She is an amazingly kind and efficient person! The apartment is beautiful and meticulously clean. Modern appliances, first class furnishings, far nicer than my own home and at a very fair price. I truly hope to be able to stay there again!
