   The house is an appartment in a new block. If offers all facilities and is extremely clean. By far the best of the six houses where we stayed in Sardinia. And Signore Fosci is extremely helpful. The town of Ellmas is pleasant and you have a supermarket and the municipal market (recommended) nearby. We highly recommend a dinner at a nearby restaurant called "pane e casu". The best we found in Sardinia. Good food, huge dishes and lots of amusement. Count 45 € per person fr a full meal but you can share a menu.

   The place is very near the airport. So although the house has some insulation measures, noise could be a problem if you are sensible to it. Cagliari airport has not a heavy traffic and it seems to be open from 07:00 too 24:00

Holiday apartment "La Nuova Casa" finished in January 2009, has been treated to the smallest details and is fully furnished with new furniture for your stay pleasant and comfortable.

The house has two bedrooms: one bedroom with private bathroom and a single with adjacent bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating , digital terrestrial TV, desk, hairdryer.

In the living room with fully equipped cooking area, there is the possibility to add two extra beds.
