   The greeting by Elena was very useful, and her brief on where necessities are around Verona was helpful too. The heating worked well. The location was great as it was walking distance to all piazzas and sites within the centre of Verona, including the walk to the train station for day trips out of Verona. Although no wifi, we were able to get access to community wifi which could be used in the city library and in the main piazzas. The city was a safe and slower-paced place which was a nice intro to Italy for children.

   We were unable to use the clothes washing machine, but found a laundromat across the river near the university district.

   excellent, lovely large apartment right off the main walking street. would be plenty big for four. beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

   the only suggestions we would have is to improve the lighting. They need a bedside tabloe or something with a lamp. There is one on only one side. and it's pretty dim in the living room for reading. a lamp would be good there as well. It's such a nice place to hang our in that it would be good to be able to read more easily.

   The apartment was perfect. Elena is very helpful and has added quite a few small touches to the apartment that make it very homely. Kitchen has everything you need and there are plenty of extra blankets/pillows.

   The flat is perfectly situated in the heart of the old part of Verona, between piazza Bra and piazza Erbe. The building is well kept, quiet and contains only one additional flat. Although so very central, it is very quiet in a pedestrian area. Very well equipped with much creative thinking and good quality equipment. One could tell that the place is a result of a great deal of love in planning and maintenance. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible.

   Only a minor comment here:
   Lack of a toaster in the kitchen.

   Casa di Guiietta was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old city, very close to everything. There were excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars within 2 minutes of our front door. The apartment was warm, very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Elena who owns the apartment and met us there when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

   The only minor criticism I have is that if you want to do more than very basic self catering, it would be a bit of a challenge in this apartment.

   The apartment was in a brillant central location on the Old Town, and in spite of this, quiet and secluded. It was spaceous and had all the basic equipment that might be expected. The owner was very helpful, friendly and efficient. There was an old fashioned feel to the apartment and its furnishings which we liked, but might disappoint visitors wanting something more modern.

   Lighting in the apartment was rather dim, and this was important because the windows are small, and natural light is limited.
