Very pleased with the location and excellent view of Orveito. The owner was very helpful despite limited English.
There was no washing machine so had to borrow the owner's washing machine and no kettle of toaster as these appear not to be standard in Italy

An almost perfect location, with a beautiful view of Orvieto from our terrace. A very kind, considerate, and personable host (Danilo) who was very hospitable, and whom we liked very much. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant week's stay. Convenient parking for our rental car.
There is almost nothing to criticise. We would have perhaps liked to have reading lamps in the bedroom.

The owner was so friendly and accomodating and really made an effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Already when we arrived we had been cordialy welcomed by Signor Danilo who explained us in a mixed version English/Italian what we should know about this marvelous place. We had been extremely surprised about the luxurious flat and surpreme terrace with a phantastic look to Orvieto. We thank Mr. Danilo about his hearty hospitality and surely will come back if any chance.

This was a very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, an excellent kitchen and lounge area. We spent most of the time on the very large and cool balcony. Danilo was and excellent host and tried very hard to make our stay comfortable and interesting. The view from the balcony is better than the picture!
