    We took boat line no.1 from the S Lucia train station, Ferovia, to San Angelo stop where our host Mr.Alessandro Sinisi waited. He was a helpful young man, assisting with one of our suitcase and lead us to the apartment which was about 5mins from veporetto stop. He also assisted to carry our suitcase up to our 1st floor apartment which was spacious with one bedroom, clean en-suite bathroom with amenities and a kitchenette area with usable utensils.It's decorated beautifully.The aircon and heater worked perfectly. It's convenient location had us walking everywhere without taking the waterbus (except the first and last day to train station)..Venezia is small indeed. We were also greeted by the fat Ginger cat, which lived next door! Overall we enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable. Worth recommending!
    Need to mention about the bed, it's lopsided in the middle and we had to pile up a thick blanket to level it up. It worked fine after that. That's all.

    It was nice of Alessandro to meet us and escort us there. We found each other easily. He explained very well the way the place worked. The location was excellent, very central. Arranging the whole accommodation was very efficient, including booking, deposit, paying the balance. Made the whole stay go very easily with no hassle. The apartment we had was lovely. It felt very Venetian but had the modern, efficient touch. The photos didn't do it justice because it was much lovelier in real life. Plenty of storage. Plenty of space.
    The bed in the apartment wasn't very comfortable.

    The room is veay clean. The location is good.
    The noise from the pipe outside the room is annoying. It is a little hard to sleep well.

    Our stay in a heart of Venice in Fenice apartment was beyound perfection! Everything was great, Alessandro was very helpful and not annoying (as some hosts could be). No extra charges, no extra hidden payments - everything is very clear! The heating was good (as it was a bit cold in April at nights).
    The only thing to mention is towels/linnen - it's not 100% new, but clean and fresh. And it was OK, we did not expect a 5-star hotel experience from apartment stay.

    Apartamento bien situado, cerca del vaporetto y se puede ir a pie por todo el centro. Está muy bien que alguien del apartamento nos esperase en la parada del vapoertto en nuestra llegada para acompañarnos a nuestro destino.
    No pudimos efectuar el pago con targeta de crèdito y en la reserva no estaba indicado. Creo que esto deberia constar cuando se hace la reserva. El apartamento es oscuro, la luz de la habitación es insuficiente.

    Alessandro est formidable. L'appartement composé d'un salon assez grand avec une cuisine américaine et d'une grande chambre ainsi que d'une très charmante salle de douche correspondent exactement aux photos. Je vous le conseille et nous y retournerons régulièrement. Environ 10 minutes de San Maroc, quartier sant angelo, très vivant. A ne pas louper.
