   La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, y es cómodo y bonito.

   La persona que nos atendió nos dio un trato pésimo. El primer día nos tuvo esperando en el portal, porque tenía que ir a recoger a su hijo. No nos comentó nada al respecto de que no se podía aparcar el coche en toda la zona del castello (reservada para residentes) con la consecuente multa.
   Estuvimos dos noches, el primer día nos dio el desayuno a las nueve de la mañana, y el segundo día nos dijo que el chek out era a las diez. A esa hora, fuimos a desayunar y devolver las llaves, y NO nos quiso dar el desayuno (ni siquiera un café...) y por supuesto, no quiso descontarlo del precio de la habitación. Solicitamos la hoja de reclamaciones para poner una queja, y nos dijo que en Cerdeña no existía tal cosa...
   En resumen, muy poco hospitalaria.

   La situation de l'appartement en plein centre-ville, la qualité du lit (grand et confortable), la possibilité d'ajouter un lit pour enfant.

   Il manquait un peu de vaisselle (par exemple des verres à vin, des couteaux de cuisine...)
