Holiday Apartment - Chalet Agrifoglio

A short distance from the main villa, you can find the small Chalet Agrifoglio. It is immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by pine and cypress trees and holly bushes ,which give their name to the chalet.

There is a shaded terrace in front of the suite which opens out onto an enchanting view of the cities of Florence and Fiesole, both of which are only a few kilometres away.

The Chalet is a perfect refuge to which you can escape after a busy hot day in the centre of Florence.

The Chalet is composed of a living room with modern sofa, a double bedroom with doors that open out onto the pine forest and two private bathrooms.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen and everything necessary for its use as well as satellite TV and air-conditioning.

Both rooms can be separated if wanted, with a sliding door, and accommodate 2 or 3 people.

There is private parking where our guests can leave their cars and take the bus from the nearby stop into Florence, avoiding parking costs and traffic tangles.

Our guests can enjoy our beautiful swimming pool with a scenic view over the hills of Florence and Fiesole.
