   The apartment is all right, clean and proper all over

   The owner presented three alternate fees for our AC consumption at our depart, and he was not willing to document any of them.
   In addition, he asked for an extra 75% final cleaning fee, with - as far as we could see - no reasons
   The maid does not speak a word English, which caused many problems.
   The courtyard is boring and very little nice.

Holiday Apartment Casa La Nonna (95 m2 - 5+2 pax), few steps from Guidaloca beach in the gulf of Castellamare del Golfo, is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator) of an old building on the top of a sea cliff.

The apartment develops onto two levels and it has a court in the front side in common with the other apartments but equipped with a table, chairs and a beach umbrella.

On the ground floor of Casa La Nonna there is a wide living room, a bathroom with a shower, a utility room and a fully equipped kitchen.

From a stair in the living room you can access to the first floor where there are two wide double bedrooms, one of which with an extra bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds.

A staircase positioned very close to the Casa La Nonna apartment takes directly to a stones and sand beach and to the crystalline sea.

From the windows of the bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay.
