The apartment was much larger than we anticipated, so that was a big plus. Everything about the place is wonderful. All furniture in all rooms appeared to be new (except for some antique storage pieces). It is just 'off' the noisy streets, but right in the middle of everything. The kitchen was great, we took advantage of that and cooked in daily (grocery store is one building over). There were several english speaking cable stations - liked that. Maid service came in once and cleaned as well as changed out all the linens. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Orvieto. We will definitely plan to stay there next time we are in that area of Italy. It is so convenient if you are wanting to explore east and west of Orvieto. We took advantage of the bus and rail services, and we rented a car for a few days in order to explore some remote areas.
