    ottima posizione vicino a piazza san marco rialto e palazzo grassi, calle tranquilla in zona silenziosa e signorile
    peccato non poter accedere al bel giardino, si vede solo attraverso le due finestre della camera

    Il mono-locale è in una zona davvero tranquilla anche se a 100mt dal vaporetto (approdo S.Samuele) e in 5min a piedi si raggiunge piazza S.Marco. Nonostante sia al piano terra il riscaldamento non lascia penetrare l'umidità. Il referente dell'agenzia si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile
    L'appartamento è in realtà un mono-locale, come invece non sembra dalle foto, e mi aspettavo di trovare una stanza in più. Il bagno è "essenziale" così come anche la cucina e gli utensili a disposizione

    Siamo stati accolti con cordialità, ed abbiamo ricevuto un sacco di informazioni utili (insieme ad una mappa della città). L'appartamento è sistemato come da foto, pulito, e razionale (tutti i mobili Ikea, una garanzia, in questo caso). La posizione non è centralissima (sestiere San Marco, ma fuori dai percorsi principali), ma in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia Rialto che San Marco, il museo di palazzo Grassi è dietro l'angolo, così come il vaporetto. La tranquillità è totale.
    La nostra camera era quella senza vista giardino, due finestre alte sul vicolo (ma da fuori non si vedeva nulla, e dove non passava nessuno). L'ambiente era in effetti molto umido, ma con il riscaldamento acceso tutto il giorno il problema era limitato ad un pò di odore di muffa. Nel bagno la doccia è senza cabina (dalle foto si vede) e la sola tenda è piuttosto fastidiosa.
    La cosa peggiore è stata all'arrivo di altre persone nell'appartamento a fianco (quello con la vista giardino): quando erano in bagno si sentiva tutto! E' stato allora che abbiamo capito come mai la presenza dell'insolito apparecchio stereo..... radio accesa tutto il tempo!

    la posizione reale dell'appartamento non è in zona san marco(come è scritto nella presentazione). non essendo zona centralissima ho trovato altre soluzioni a prezzo migliore|||||||||||||

    The location was very good, near 2 vaporeto stops and close to cafes, bars and mini market. The room was well decorated with all essential equipment and a cozy comfortable bed. The kitchen equipment was also satisfying and there was enough space to sit for lunch/dinner. Staff very friendly, eager to provide information and service.
    Humidity was annoying in the room -all of our clothes got wet. There was no aircondition and the fan provided was not enough. Also the room was pretty dark -not much sunlight. The garbage bins in bathroom and kitchenette were both damaged - they need to be replaced. Shower was very small and uncomfortable. Hot and cold water temerature was not stable at shower.

    La posizione è ottima; si possono raggiungere a piedi i punti più interessanti di venezia. L'accoglienza è stata ottima.
