    Die Lage war optimal: dicht an der Anlegestelle des Vaporetto, kurzer Weg zur Hauptfussgängerzone, trotzdem sehr ruhig, kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt. Für einen erneuten Aufenthalt würden wir uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und hilfreich.
    Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die gemeinsame Bettdecke. Die Geschirrausstattung war etwas knapp.Die fehlende Teekanne wurde sofort beschafft.

    Muy amable la dueña y el lugar muy lindo. Fue muy cómodo para nuestra estadía, estuvimos con nuestra hija de 1 año y nos sentimos muy bien los 3. El lugar está muy bien ubicado y caminando se pueden acceder a los distintos lugares de interés. Cerca hay un supermercado y varios bares.

    Mi ha soddisfatto l'ottima posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere ogni punto di Venezia in 10 minuti a piedi; la gentilezza e la disponibilita' della proprietaria e anche la pulizia (sia generale che della biancheria)
    Il prezzo e' alto per il locale ma considerando che siamo a Venezia e' piu' che normale;
    essendo un piano basso e' un po' buio

    Very clean. Very new renovation. Many amenities provided including linens, use of en-suite kitchen. All furniture in almost new condition. Convenient to vaporetto stop (Ca' D'oro). Close to Rialto market area. Close to Billa super market.
