   La atención de la encargada (Giora) ha sido un desastre (literalmente). Nunca me han atendido así, en ningún lugar, en ningún momento. Yo me hospedé con mi mamá (de 60 anhos) y mi abuela (de 83 anhos) y por una confusión que hubo entre Giora y yo (primero me hablaba en italiano, yo en espanhol, y me decía que no me entendía: luego yo entendí que ella me esperaba en la estación del vaporetto y ella no), al no estar ella y buscar el apartamento sin poder encontrarlo pasó una hora y cuando la llamamos (20:45) me dijo que si no le pagaba los 50 € de demora no iba a llevarme la llave. Me cortó y tuve que volver a llamarla y decirle que se lo iba a pagar. Después cuando llegó fue muy agresiva. Me dijo que me podía meter la plata en el... Mejor no recordarlo. Una maleducada. Una insolente que no uede atender estas cuestiones para huéspedes que están viajando y necesitan ser bien atendidos...
   The girl who received us -Giora, was incredibly rude, impolite and insolent. She should not deal with guests...

   Appartement agréable, mais petit et sombre. Inadapté pour plus de deux personnes. L'emplacement est cependant idéal : calme et près de tout pour autant.

   The location and decor of the apartment was good.

   The apartment was really small for 3 people. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the kitchen was not very clean. There was no kettle or microwave in the kitchen.

   Nice apartment, ample room for two people, fantastic location, interesting and quiet neighbourhood, close nearby vaporetta. Good kitchen, (very) cold fridgerator, nice view through the windows

   We understood that there would be a separate bedroom. Although space enough we were disappointed by the fact that everything was in one room, the beds very nearby each other (we were with 3 persons) and no privacy. We asked for lamps near the beds to read, they never arrived

   The ground floor apartment was ideal for us & very central for visiting Venice.

   The only downside was its location on a busy working canal, which meant noise throughout the night.

   Apartment is beautifully furnished and is close to two water bus stops. It is also within walking distance to the rialto bridge and St Marc's square.

Holiday Apartment Cà D'oro is a small and charming apartment, which is part of Venezia Residence.

The apartment offers 2 sleeping beds also in separate beds in an ample living room with two couch beds, small kitchen and bath.

Holiday Apartment Cà D'oro also has a fantastic view in the Misericordia channel.

The separate ground floor entrance on a characteristic courtyard makes it the ideal solution for young couples or friends.
