    la posizione dell'appartamento è eccellente per chi arriva in Venezia e strategica per visitare il resto della città. Inoltre la piazzetta adiacente è molto, molto graziosa!!! Rosanna è stata di una cortesia squisita, vacanza indimenticabile !!

    The layout of the apartment was very spacious and tasteful - well appointed with plenty of room to move around in. Location is in a quiet, pretty area with plenty of local shops & good restaurants only footsteps away and the vaporettos also fairly close by. Apartment management was excellent - all our queries & concerns were quickly & professionally responded to.

    Everything was perfect: comfortable, clean, close to a supermarket, 10 min. walking to the centre, quiet, 2 min. walking to the vaporetto stop.

    We were delighted with the apartment and it suited our needs very well. We especially liked being in a family neighborhood. Everything we needed was just steps outside the apartment, yet we felt quite removed from the bustle once inside the apartment.
    *The very damp and musty smell, especially in the kitchen.
    * We found the mattress to be much too hard

    Excellent! The stay was a pleasure ... Rossana is charming and cozy !!! received us very well and gave directions and maps to show us the best places. The apartment is in excellent condition with everything you need and a great location ....

    We found the location and the size of the apartment to be perfect. The apartment is well-furnished and comfortable. Rosanna took the time to walk us through a detailed map of Venice highlighting all there was to see, even the less touristic areas - which we really appreciated. There are very convenient shops nearby, including a grocery store where you can buy fresh food to prepare an inexpensive dinner at the apartment - a plus for a family with 2 children! And if you want to eat out, there are plenty of small restaurants nearby with a variety of menu-items. Highly recommended - you will love it as much as we did!
    The apartment is located on the internal side of the building and while this is perfect for cutting sound, the apartment lacks light. But with all the walking one does in Venice, a good night's sleep is really important, and you can definitely get it at this quiet and charming apartment. If you are planning to do a bit of washing while you are there, ask how the washer works, we found it a bit tricky.
