    Very spacious apartment and close to the train and bus station. Two full bathrooms and reasonably quiet location. Excellent service upon arrival, met us at the train station and only an 8 minute walk. Would rent again. Grocery store close by and ATM.
    The kitchen in particular needed a thorough cleaning and perhaps some updating. It was a little farther away from the Rialto or San Marco than I had thought but not an inconvenience if you don't mind walking (15 min each way about).

    We absolutely loved the apartment. The decor was beautiful and the location was ideal for what we wanted.

    the location was great and the staff that met us was very helpful.
    there were ants in the upstairs bathroom that showed up after use of the shower. The kitchen was a bit unorganized with various tops to pots and oven racks stored all over in different locations.

    Abholung durch Vermieter und Geleit zur Wohnung -Lage - Platzangebot der Wohnung -Überraschung: problemloser Internetzugang über offenes WiFi einer gegenüberliegenden Kneipe
    Wohnung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Ausbesserungsarbeiten:
    -kein Warmwasser im oberen Bad, Duschkopf mit Kalk verstopft und nicht zu bewegen - Beide Duschabflüsse stark verstopft, mit Abflussreiniger gelang es uns, die untere Dusche frei zu bekommen - Abfluss obere Toilette undicht: es tropft aus der darunter liegenden Decke auf Treppe zum unteren Schlafzimmer - Kakerlake in oberem Bad - in Anzeige angegebene Waschmaschine lt. Vermieter nicht zu benutzen - vom Baulärm und -gestank der derzeit stattfindenden Strassen- und Kanalrenovierung stand nichts in der Beschreibung
