    Vermieter ist telefonisch gut erreichbar und man kann in Englisch mit ihm sprechen. Schnellstraße in der Nähe, daher ist man verkehrstechnsich schnell in den sehenswerten Orten und in den Bergen von Umbrien
    Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, fast keine Fenster, nur Oberlichter über der Eingangstür und zwei Oberlichter an den rückwärtigen Seiten. Dahinter aber ein Berg. daher auch kaum Licht, nur zum Lüften geeignet. Es empfiehlt sich, auch eine eigene Tischlampe mitzubringen, da auch die elektrische Beleuchtung nur spärlcih ist. Achtung Umstecker erforderlich, da die Stecker in der Wohnung nicht passen für normale deutsche Elektrogeräte. Durch viele Fliesen, EG und keine Sonne ist Wohnung auch kalt, aber der Elektroheizung funktioniert gut. Für heiße Sommertage sicher eine gute Erfrischung.

    La casa era abbastanza grande ed immersa nel verde, ideale pere chi cerca pace e tranquillità, inoltre la posizione è comoda perchè a pochi passi da Assisi. Unico problema è stato trovarla poichè le indicazioni sono inesistenti ed il mio navigatore sat. sconosceva l'indirizzo.
    Complessivamente sono soddisfatto, ma vi erano alcune pecche.
    Vorrei sottolineare ancora che il televisore presente era un obsoleto 14" analogico e che sono visibile solo le 7 emittenti nazionali.
