   We loved the location, right in the heart of historic Palermo. The apartment is spacious and everything was there to enable us to cook the wonderful produce from the market.

   O apartamento é muito bom, confortável, espaçoso e bem equipado. O proprietário é bastante gentil e prestativo. A localização é satisfatória em relação ao centro histórico e principais pontos turísticos.

   A descrição não informa que o apartamento fica no quarto andar, e o prédio não dispõe de elevador. A rua não é nada agradável.

   The flat's location is excellent, a stone's throw from the Norman Palace with Palatine Chapel and S Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cathedral etc. You can easily walk there and other sights in the city centre. Palermo streets are narrow and can be dirty, and at night there can be a lot of noise from motor rollers etc. - but this is the same wherever you are in the city (unless you want to stay further outside). We found the best ice cream parlour also closeby, at Piazza Orleans. The flat is on the top floor of the building, so you need to walk up some stairs - nice views over the roofs and down the streets. The rooms are a good size, kitchen and bathroom are fine with a large dining table. The owners are very helpful, and happy to show you around, although you need to be aware that they may ask you to pay upfront (inc. cleaning bill).

   We had to get used to Palermo as a city and the bustle, noise and dirt (in places). We ended up really liking it though.
   Also we were asked to pay upfront, and worried about not having a receipt. But again we were kindly given a lift to where we needed to go by the owner, when we left.

   The apartment is large, clean and centrally situated. It was quiet and secure. All the utilities functioned very well, in particular the hot shower.

   There was nothing that I would say "didn't satisfy me"

   L'appartamento è molto grande e le stanze sono ampie e spaziose. Il primo piano è molto luminoso e consiste di una camera matrimoniale, un salotto con divanoletto, una cucina e una sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo e un bagno con doccia. Mentre la mansarda in legno dotata di grandi 2 stanze e un bagno (senza doccia) è estremamente confortevole, suggestiva e accogliente. La sua vicinanza allo storico mercato di Ballarò è un punto a favore per tutti coloro i quali amano la cucina.

   La sala da pranzo è illuminata da luce al neon. L'appartamento è al 3°piano senza ascensore (ciò per noi non ha comunque costituito un problema).

   especialmente nos gustó la ubicación de la casa ya que estabamos a 3 minutos de la piazza independencia desde donde salen la mayoria de autobuses para moverse por la ciudad.

   Ottimo appartamento, ubicato a pochissimi passi da Ballarò, nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi, ottimo il cambio biancheria e pulizia, I proprietari sono ultra gentili e super preziosi nel dare indicazioni, suggerimenti, molto molto garbati e cortesi, siamo stati stupendamente

Holiday Apartment Ballarò is a very cozy apartment completely air-conditioned, developing onto 2 levels.

The apartment is on the third floor of an Art Nouveau building of three floors without lift.

The 1st level consists of a large living/dining room and a kitchen furnished with everything you need including a microwave, blender and kettle

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom, another bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The 2nd level of Holiday Apartment Ballarò is a beautiful attic consisting of a large double bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

Holiday Apartment Ballarò, renovated in Art Nouveau style, is very bright with 3 windows and 4 balconies with views on the city center.
