   Accueil en retard de la propriétaire, mais tellement chaleureux que c était vite oublie

   Ayant lu bcp de commentaires négatifs auparavant, on était presque soulagés a notre arrivée dans la chambre. La chambre était presque propre, salle de bain vétuste, avions qui passent effectivement au dessus de la chambre mais ça s arrête vers 22'00 et j en n ai pas entendu dans la matinée. Il y a un bien les fameux crackers a manger le matin, mais on avait aussi des croissants de supermarché!! :) et enfin, tv complétement déréglée et langue changée en russe, et wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas a notre arrivée, mais mon mari et la dame ont arrange tout ça. En gros, moins pire que décrit précédemment mais peut être uniquement parce qu on s attendait a la grosse catastrophe, et qu on était en bas, la ou il y a une sdb dans la chambre

   Posizione, estetica della camera e della struttura, gentilezza del personale.

   Fino a pochissimi anni fa il prezzo di 40 euro la matrimoniale giustiificava perfettamente l'infrastruttura, ma i 60 euro sono decisamente troppi.
   
   Inoltre, cosa importante, il bagno non era interno alla camera come da richiesta ma condiviso con 2 camere.
   
   Il Wi-fi non trasmetteva dati, tanto da costringerci ad usare la navigazione con scheda telefonica che comunque predeva poco.
   
   Ripeto: per i 40 euro di una volta saremmo stati comunque soddisfatti (con eccezione del bagno condiviso).

   Il personale all'arrivo è stato gentile al nostro arrivo

   Il personale ha voluto subito i soldi del soggiorno, il bagno in comune era pessimo, senza tavoletta del water nè phon o altro, c'era solo la carta igienica, la colazione era alquanto scarsa in quantità e qualità

   abbastanza comodo come posizione, ha un bel giardinetto

   non ho avuto il bagno in camera come richiesto, ne avevo uno a fianco e subito han detto di non sapere così come la colazione compresa che volevano farci pagare a parte ( ma B&B non è sempre camera e colazione?!). C'era parecchia polvere nascosta e il bagno era comunque molto maltenuto

   Simpatia del personale, posizione vicina alla nostra destinazione

   Mancanza di bidè, e doccia con qualche problema. Cose accettabilissime se non fosse per l'aumento del prezzo del 50% rispetto a qualche tempo fa (da 40 a 60 EUR.).

   Nonostante la prenotazione, la struttura aveva terminato le camere, e me lo hanno comunicato il pomeriggio stesso del giorno di arrivo. Mi hanno sistemato in una camera di un appartamento di una casa vacanze, non mi hanno rimborsato una lira e la camera mancava di tutti i servizi descritti. Ovviamente non era più nemmeno inclusa la colazione, che viene servita solo dalle 8 alle 9 alla sede principale. E nel bagno non c'era nemmeno la carta igienica, ho dovuto placcare la proprietaria che se ne stava andando per averla.

   The location close to conference center "Palazzo dei Congressi" was very satisfactory

   The bed and breakfast did not as such satisfy my expectations.
   I paid for a relatively expensive room with no private bathroom facilities.
   The shared bathroom was extremely dirty and only cleaned once per day, even if more than seven persons used. There was no toilet paper, so I had to wipe clean with a towel. Dirty towels were lying on a heap next to the toilet. Facilities like protecting door and shower head were broken.
   The staff was unresponsive, saying: "What else can you expect when there are so many guests." Except for the morning no staff was available. When arriving the owner showed up thirty minutes after calling her on her cell phone.
   Breakfast was an insult. Offered was only some old crackers and jam. I had a better breakfast with real espresso and fresh sandwiches for three Euro's in a place down the road.
   In short I do not recommend visitors to Pisa to stay in this place.

   Nothing. Only the city is a nice place.

   When we came nobody was there. The wifi did not work properly. We had to share our 'ensuite' bathroom with 5 chinese guests. Toilet very dirty. Only 2 towels (with holes) for the 3 of us. Airoplanes. No airconditioning, 35 C. The breakfast was without plates, only 1 knive, used jam and biscuits. Luckily we could buy a decent breakfast in Pisa. While leaving we saw the towels were washed very briefly, within 10 minutes they were drying.
   it was a nightmare, the worst place I have ever been!

   Nice clean room. Friendly staff - once we had found them. Good set up for a family of four.

   Bit chaotic on arrival. No staff there at all, so guests had to help us find our room, which then was not the right room.
   Breakfast a bit disappointing - some coffee and a couple of crackers! Might have expected more!

   Our hostess was very friendly and helpful, and spoke adequate English. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-equipped. The house had a pleasing secluded garden at the back, and was conveniently situated on a bus route for the station, town centre, etc.

   The house was very close to a main road (not evident from the photographs) and tended to be noisy. The breakfast was, to say the least, minimalistic (a few small slices of dry melba toast, jam and a minute cup of coffee).

   posto carinissimo! ci siamo trovati davvero bene. anche per chi non arriva in auto c'è la fermata dell'autobus a 20 m dal B&B. ci torneremo sicuramente!
