   Sicuramente, il risveglio al mattino è reso molto rilassante grazie alla posizione della struttura che si affaccia sul verde, monti e piccolo laghetto, con la possiibilità di fare colazione sul terrazzo faccia a faccia con il bel panorama. I titolari discreti e gentili.

   Personalmente ho trovato la colazione poco organizzata e completa. L assenza di pane fresco e di burro di una sprenuta d arancia e acqua e del giornale. Piccole cose certo ma che fanno la differenza.

   Notre séjour à la Villa Patrizia était très agréable : Ignazio et Patrizia nous ont accueillit chaleureusement. Un petit déjeuner délicieux, que nous prenions chaque jour sur la terrasse du B&B, avec vue sur le lac. La suite Rubinia que nous avons loué état très popre, bie équipée et la clim était bien utile. Le cadre est tranquille et le restaurant La Terrazza situé à 5 minutes en voiture est très sympa. Nos enfants ont aimé jouer avec les chatons qui se promenaient autour de la maison Les photos sont moins bien que la réalité : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

   Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo,ottima la vista panoramica dalla villa, il personale molto gentile e accogliente.

Bed & Breakfast Villa Patrizia Sul Lago is located only a few kilometres from Cagliari, near the sea, surrounded by woodland, on the shores of a fantastic lake.

The B&B place Villa Patrizia is situated in Capoterra, province of Cagliari, in a recently built house, which is home to Signora Patrizia and her family.

The villa is one of many detached houses that make up the large residential estate called Poggio dei Pini. A particular feature of Poggio dei Pini is the two mountain lakes where various species of waterfowl nest, including swans.

Villa Patrizia sul Lago is built right on the slope overlooking the lake and the wonderful views enrich each guest's stay with a panorama on nature.

The B&B offers accommodation in 3 comfortable, spacious, quiet and panoramic suites, served by en-suite bathrooms.

On arrival each guest is greeted on the veranda and is then shown into the B&B's lounge/breakfast room, furnished in Sardinian style and with an open fireplace. Signora Patrizia prepares and serves breakfast in this room, although in warm weather most guests prefer to take breakfast "al fresco" on the veranda.

From the lounge/breakfast room, also known as Sala Giada, doors and stairs lead to the three suites.
The Ambra suite is on the same floor as Sala Giada while the Smeralda and Rubinia Suites are situated on the floors above.
