   - nothing, maybe the equipment of the kitchen (plaits, glasses to drink from) could be a little bit better

   L’abitazione era diversa dalle foto. Inoltre,una camera da letto aveva una parete a vetrata,e di conseguenza mancanza di privacy.....

Holiday Apartment Villa Il Melograno (Villa Pomegranate) is located in a two-storey villa, built in the 70`s and recently restored, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The area called "Addaura" is the rocky side of Mondello, the preferred summer resort of Palermo`s finest bourgeoisie for over a century.

Holiday Apartment Villa Il Melograno offers A very relaxing vacation at seaside in an elegant and comfortable environment at walking distance from free beaches and private clubs.

The Villa is composed of 3 flats: MP1 apartment, which accommodate 4 persons, and MP2 apartment for 6 persons, MP3 for 4 persons. In all apartments it is possibile to add an extra bed.

MP1 apartment is a two-room apartment composed of an equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, fridge and washing machine.

The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both served by a bathroom with shower.Living room, double bedroom and bathroom open on a large verandah where it is possible to access on a garden equipped with parasol, deckchairs and external shower.

MP1 apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

MP2 Apartment is for 6 persons, it has: air conditioning, kitchen and an ample terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Gulf of Mondello. The bathroom is serbed by hairdryer and courtesy kit.

The apartment is also endowed with an outside kitchen with gazebo and shower.

MP3 apartments is composed of double bedroom and lounge ( both open on a panoramic terrace with sea view ) one twin bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
