It is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, a town in the immediate outskirts of Florence renowned for its ceramics.

Villa Il Colle di Sotto is a renovated independent 100 sqm barn, with a 360° panoramic view.

It offers accommodation to up to six guests, and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with double antique wrought-iron beds, and two bathrooms with shower.

Upstairs there is an open-plan upper-gallery with a large sitting room with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed), equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, free internet connection, books, a fireplace with firewood and an antique Tuscan chest of drawers.

The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design.

Outside there is a spacious furnished veranda where guests can sun-bathe and enjoy open air breakfasts or romantic suppers, or just relax enjoying a unique, peaceful and suggestive view.

The wonderful swimming pool (10,5 x 7,5 mt.) with Jacuzzi pool, furnished with sun beds, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns.The swimming pool opening period is from half of May to the end of September (only during medium and peak season)
