Villa Centoni is 1 km from the old town centre of Montecarlo and is surrounded by flourishing olive groves and lush vineyards. Its terrace offers breath-taking view that is dominated by a large part of the Lucca plains.

The villa has a salt- water swimming pool, a separate garden that is well furnished (chairs, deckchairs, gazebo, tables), as well as private parking, nocturnal lighting, barbecue, table-tennis table.

Inside the living area one can appreciate typical Tuscan furnishing with Florentine terracotta floors, while in the sleeping areas there is olive wood parquet.
