   A pochi km dalla stupenda Modica, l'appartamento è ubicato nella tranquillità di un bellissimo girdino/parco della proprietà, ha tutti i confort possibili: cucina attrezzatissima, aria condizionata e ventilatori, tv anche nell'ampio spazio esterno, stereo, lettore dvd, ampio bagno, lavatrice, possilbilità di usufruire di barbecue, ma soprattutto la squisita gentilezza del proprietario. Un soggiorno veramente eccezionale, che fosse stato possibile, avremmo sicuramente voluto prolungare e che consiglio in specie se in coppia.

"O Milicuccu" is a pleasant Holiday Apartment , situated among the green hills of the Ibleis, in the highlands of the city of Modica, at about 4 Km from the historical center.

Nestled among numerous trees and the pictoresque symmetries of mortarless stone walls, it is ideal for one who loves calm, nature and its sounds.

The house is composed of three apartments Milicucco, Carrubo and Bellavista. In addition there also are available a private parking, barbecue area, independent entrance.

All apartments are provided with baby facilities, wi-fi connection. Pets are welcome.

At guests' disposal free bicycles for your excursions. A big public swimming pool (on payment) is situated at about 500 meters.

Everything has been studied to have maximum comfort!

The baroque cities of Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, and the archaeological sites in the nearby Cava d' Ispica and Malta are easily reachable from here.

Also for the sea lovers the place is strategic: we are only about 20 minutes by car from the marvellous and unique beaches of Iblea.
