   This was a great place to stay in the Heart of Serra San Bruno right on the main street, there was always something happening on the main street. The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and bright. I really have nothing bad to say about the hotel, I will definitely return to this Hotel in the future.

   The internet service had its moments where it did not work but not for long as the staff did whatever they could to correct same as soon as possible.

   Well located, nice clean room, with adequate services. Breakfast on a roof-top terrace with views. Staff helpful but unobtrusive. Parking available in the village.

   A little difficult to find.

   The room location was what we asked for and is located right in the middle of the town so close to everything and able to walk everywhere. The staff was pleasant and ensured that our needs were met. The continental breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, croissants, 1 type of cereal and yogurt. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this motel to others who are traveling in this area. I would recommend this place to others.

   I think there could have been more options at breakfast. We arrived at the motel at 2:30pm and it was closed for the afternoon.
   We were not aware that it closed for the afternoon and was left outside wondering if and when they opened. Perhaps a sign would be helpful.
