   nessuno alla reception al momento dell'arrivo e altrettanto al momento del check-out e del pagamento, chiamati diverse volte con il campanello sul desk; letto matrimoniale MOLTO scomodo, con reti a molle abbastanza datati per essere nel 2010 e per essere un hotel 3 stelle superiore; MOLTO rumore al piano camere (le persone sono anche molto poco rispettose degli altri) e dalle stanze vicine...alla faccia delle camere accoglienti e silenziose! WC molto piccolo, non a norma secondo me, con assenza di bidet (pensavo accadesse solo all'estero!) e con uno scalino enorme da fare tanto da rischiare ogni volta di sbattere la testa nell'entrare.

   La struttura è nuova e molto curata. Posizione buona e molto tranquilla, facilmente accessibile e molto vicina al cenro del paese. Piscina con solarium a disposizione e parcheggio adeguato. Prezzi sicuramente al di sotto della media in rapporto alla categoria dell'hotel. Accoglienza e cordialità.

   gli aspetti negativi sono diversi, ad esempio il riscaldamento era male funzionante, in bagno non funzionava per niente, i rubinetti gocciolavano continuamente, per poter fare la doccia bisognava aprire un rubinettino posto vicino al soffione ( tra l'altro molto duro); per non parlare del letto, reti sfondate era impossibile dormire, la camera nei giorni che ho soggiornato, non è mai stata pulita, il letto veniva rifatto in modo tale che la sera quando andavamo a letto lo dovevo rifare. Poca pulizia in generale, odore di muffa, di luoghi dove non veniva mai cambiata l'aria. Luci sempre spente o soffuse, anche nel corridoio della camera. La mia percezione è stata quella di una struttura chiusa, aperta all'occasione per accogliere noi e pochi altri.

The Hotel Cavalieri, completely restructured in 2000, is situated on a calm hill between olive trees and secular oaks and one shows oneself on Trasimeno the single lake to 900 mt. from the historical center of Passignano.

The Hotel offers to its hosts 35 comfortable, pleasant rooms and silent, with private services, satellite TV mini bar and a telephone, some are equipped of wide balconies with sight on the lake and the campaign umbra.

Hotel Cavalieri has a large hall, elevator, bar, know it meeting, a terrazzo panoramic, swimming pool and solarium and a private parking completes the comforts of the structure, opened all the year long.

In the restaurant 'Sosta of the Templari' equipped of un' panoramic wide veranda, the traditional Umbria, national dishes and specialties of fish of lake and sea can be tasted.
