   anche senza personale specificamente dedicato ai bambini la struttura presenta elementi(giardini, animali, piscina)per distrarli e farli stare tranquilli e interessati

   Lovely location in country setting with good views (Access by gravel road). Centrally located to main Tuscan towns. Siena and Florence within easy reach for day trips. Well maintained swimming pool.

   Living Room sparsely furnished. Kitchen supplied with minimum cutlery, crockery and general kitchen items.

   L'ubicazione del luogo, veramente lontano da qualsiasi riferimento cittadino o mondano, è la nota più lieta. L'agriturismo è situato in un'ottima posizione e garantisce assoluto relax e confort essenziali per godere una spensierata vacanza.

   A parte le scarse indicazioni per reperire il luogo, saraebbe meglio se, nelle condizioni del soggiorno, fossero indicate anche le necessità più spicciole per la pulizia della casa. Se sono forniti straccio per i pavimenti con spazzolone annesso per il bagno, perchè non sono dati per "scontati" anche altri strumenti di "lavoro"? E' opportuno e sottointeso che siano forniti piatti e posate, ma, e non è per una questione di prezzo, mancava un pò di sapone per lavarli e il posto più vicino, fortunatamente, non era a portata di mano!

Farmhouse Casa Verniano, situated near Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena) is a family run farmhouse immersed in uncontaminated Tuscan landscape.

The recently restored farmhouse is made up of 5 apartments, all reached from a central courtyard.

The apartments have been recently renewed, respecting typical Tuscan traditions and keeping the original architectural elements like girders, mizzens, vaults and fireplaces.

They are spacious and provided with all comforts: Sat-TV, washing machine, fireplace or wood stove. One apartment is equipped for disabled guests.

The furnishing reflects the style of the structure, with kitchens built in brick and simple, traditional Tuscan furniture that give the apartments a warm and homely atmosphere.

All the apartments have windows with a wonderful panoramic view of the hills of Val d'Elsa.

Farmhouse Casa Verniano has a swimming pool, fenced paddocks for guests' horses and an original wood oven in the court, at guests' disposal.
