   L'ambiente e personale molto accoglienti. Camera molto curata anche nel dettagli. Vicinanza alla metropolitana molto comoda! Colazione ECCEZIONALE!!

   Il bagno era indicato interno alla stanza INVECE è esterno e condiviso..
   (situazione solo per due stanze) le altre sono con servizi in camera!

   mi sono trovato benissimo!! il proprietario del B&B è stato molto disponibile; ha messo a disposizione gratuitamente come servizio-extra il frigorifero con alcune bevande (acqua, succhi di frutta, tisane). La stanza è molto accogliente con bagno ben attrezzato (sanitari nuovi), pulizia eccellente, e presenta vari accessori (climatizzatore, televisione). Inoltre la colazione non è servita in camera per non disturbare il cliente bensì ognuno può scegliere quando consumarla nel bar sottostante. La fermata della metro A (baldo degli ubaldi) si trova a circa 15 m dal B&B.

   I proprietari sono stati gentili e molto disponibili. La zona e' particolarmente tranquilla e la stazione della Metro A è a pochissimi metri. La struttura e' nuova e molto accogliente.
