   Il garbo dei proprietari

   8 giorni senza acqua calda (c'erano problemi logistici comprensibili: ma che colpa abbiamo noi?").
   Condizionatore spesso in protezione ( il caldo era il diretto responsabile: "ma che colpa abbiamo noi?")
   Il TV non è in tutte le camere. Nella 3 non arriva il cavo di antenna. La 3 era la nostra: "ma che colpa abbiamo noi?"

   Non ho gradito che davanti alla camera passasse chiunque impedendo la privacy,
   costringendo a mantenere chiusa la portafinestra, visto che l'accesso di ogni singola camera avviene da quelle che in origine erano i balconi delle camere.

   We liked very much the welcome we had ,and the owners. Breakfast was excellent. The only problem was that we didnt have a car and we were far from the center. Our hosts were kind enough to drop us but we definitely won't advise people who don't have a car to choose this location

   The B&B is ideally situated; just a few 100m from the beautiful sea and only a half hour drive to Siracusa. The owner of the B&B serves a very nice breakfast with home made jam. Furthermore, he has excellent suggestions for day trips in the vicinity of Siracusa.

   Car can be parked on the premises, behind a gate. Nice breakfast, especially the home-made jam. The owner speaks English well.

   After staying at several B&Bs in Sicily, we find this B&B basically OK, but way too expensive for what it offers. Admittedly, we stayed in March so it is logical that some benefits could not be enjoyed: it was too chilly to sit on the balcony or the (solid rock) beach fo example. However, we paid the maximum price; a low-season rate would be highly applicable. The location is isolated and quite a drive from Ortigia; you NEED a car.

   Very friendly and helpful owner. Speaks really good english. Has figured out a concept for a B&B that corresponds 100% with our wishes. Nice room, nice bathroom, perfect terrace/balcony (also breakfast area), nice view. Secure parking space behind the gate. PERFECT BREAKFAST (try the lemon jelly marmalade!). Don't worry about the road, in the evening and at night it's very quiet.

   If you use your nav system make sure to enter "Strada Capo..." instead of "via Capo..."

   La tranquillità, il silenzio e il panorama che caratterizzano enormemente la struttura. La delicata ospitalità dei proprietari e le gustosissime, genuine e succulenti colazioni che si consumano in un contesto naturale veramente significativo.

   Nessun aspetto negativo. Volendo trovare eventuali negatività si deve ricorrere ad una immaginazione turistica perversa.

   The owners were friendly and helpful and respected our privacy.

   Disappointed with the location - on a busy road and no obvious benefit to the house being in a regional park. The area was very anonymous and no local community to get to know. A car is essential - impossible to walk anywhere from the bed and breakfast.
