The estate is in the Po Delta, along the left bank of the Po di Levante. The court, surrounded by fields of cereal and vegetables, consists of a core of buildings, including the main house with the adjacent farmhouse and outbuildings agriculture.

The old farmhouse which was recently renovated, obtaining three apartments and a studio all with separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV.

- Lodging Garden, two-room apartment on the ground floor designed for people with reduced mobility. Room with a double bed and bed, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, bathroom.

- Lodging Zagato, one bed on the first floor. Large room with a double bed and two single beds, a living room with kitchen, bathroom

- Lodging Netherlands, two-room apartment on the first floor. Room with a double bed and cot, living room with sofa bed, and bathroom.

- Lodging Pauline studio on the first floor for two people. Unique environment with a kitchenette, bathroom. Ready for two people, with the possibility of adding a child's bed.

Guests will find the kitchen stocked food basic necessities, that at the end of your stay must be returned. It will be available vegetables of the garden season. Guests can also use the barbecue in the garden and eat outdoors.

Guests can spend their days in direct contact with nature, in a peaceful and quiet.
