   son una pareja encantadora ,no hablamos italiano y nos entendimos muy bien,el b&b esta muy bien situado.

   al ser un edificio antiguo no tenia ascensor y es un 2 piso

   Ugo e Lorenza sono particolarmente simpatici e disponibili, la struttura è molto vicina al centro e faclimente raggiungibile. L'ambiente e famigliare e gradevole. La camera è grande e la posizione silenziosa.

   L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere considerato negativo è il bagno separato dalla camera, per raggiungerlo bisogna attraversare la cucina utilizzata dalla famiglia. Dato che si tratta di un palazzo antico però credo non ci siano soluzioni. Le foto pubblicate corrispondono solo in parte.

   The B&B is very well located, the entrance of the Palace is beautifull even if it's a little ruined. The owners are very kind and try to make their best : help to park the car, carry the luggages up and down the stairs.

   The B&B is in progress! The owners try to operate the maximum capacity of the apartment and there is too much people for such a little space. Everything comunicates, so there is no privacy (you can even ear the owners and the gests snore at night). Our bathroom was a shame. I think the owners need monney to keep their appartment, pay their drafts. They are really charming but it's not yet finalized. They have to do something for privacy and the bathroom.

   The location we were sent to bares no resemblance at all to the property described. It was 3 story walk up in an old dilapidated building. Bathroom was through the family kitchen. Bed and pillows were lumpy. No one could direct us to the airport and they were generally not even around to ask. A total disaster!

   The host kindly came with us to our car to drive us to the pension. He rented a taxi for us. He was very wellcomming. We had to leave early and they prepared us a breakfeast to take away.

   the family host lived in a room just up ours with no phonic insulation.
   The room we occupied is not on the photographies and is not so good for a couple and a young (three little beds).

B&B Bellini
