   very kind and helpful staff; location is excellent, everything can be reached within reasonable time on foot; clean rooms; internet connection. tea and coffee available. I can suggest this place for young couples, students who would like to spend a couple of days in Rome for a very good price.

   it is absolutely ok for me, however I do not understand why it is a bed and breakfast if there is no breakfast.
