   Il personale è stato inizialmente molto cortese e leale nel momento in cui sono stati riscontrati dei disguidi con la camera. In un secondo momento diverso personale ha messo in dubbio quanto deciso e riscontrato il giorno prima dai colleghi in maniera poco cortese, violando completamente la privacy

   the room is large and very clean. the staff and especially Signora Maria is very kind and helpful. the location in Ortigie is a wonderfull place.
